Preparation before receiving the service - Recommendations for health check-ups
- Abstain from all types of food and beverages for at least 6-8 hours before receiving the health check-up (you can have a small sip of water).
- Abstain from all types of food and beverages for at least 4 hours before the upper abdominal ultrasound.
- For pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant, a chest X-ray should be avoided.
- Get enough sleep for at least 6 hours.
