Conditions for using the service

• Please make an appointment at least 1 day in advance.
• Pets receiving their first bath will receive a health check to assess their readiness for bathing.
• This program is valid for 3 months after the first payment via Gohospo. If the customer does not use the service at the specified time, it will be considered a waiver of rights.
• If the customer wants to cancel or postpone the appointment, please inform us within 24 hours before the appointment date and time.
• This program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and promotional activities of Kachavet Animal Hospital.
