Preparation before receiving the service
- You do not have to abstain from food or drink to receive the examination.
- Abstain from sexual intercourse and ejaculation for at least 2-3 days before receiving the service, but should not exceed 7 days.
- Abstain from drinking alcoholic beverages and all types of drugs.
- Get enough sleep, at least 6 hours.
- Wash your hands and genitals with soap and dry them before collecting the semen.
- (If any) Other health examination history, bring the test results.
- (If any) Information about chronic diseases should be informed before receiving the service
Conditions for receiving service
- The above price includes doctor's fee and hospital service fee.
- The above price does not include additional examination fee in case of abnormality.
- Please make an appointment at least 1 day in advance.
- The receipt from Nakornthon Hospital cannot be issued until the service is used.
- The service can only be used at Nakornthon Hospital (Rama 2).
