Hepatitis A+B vaccination program uses 3 doses of Twinrix 1 ml vaccine.
- Hepatitis A is a virus that causes acute hepatitis and infection. If left untreated, it can be life-threatening.
- Hepatitis B is a dangerous virus. If left untreated, it can spread to the point of causing cirrhosis or liver cancer.
The best way to prevent hepatitis
is to build immunity by getting vaccinated. If the body has immunity, it will prevent infection for life.
Inject 3 doses as follows:
- The first dose is on the day of the first injection.
- The second dose is 1 month after the first dose.
- The third dose is 6 months after the first dose.
