Preparation before receiving the service

• Avoid drinking and eating for 8-12 hours before the examination (you can drink water).
• Avoid all types of alcoholic beverages at least 24 hours before the health examination.
• Get enough sleep, approximately 6-8 hours.
• You should wear loose, comfortable clothing for convenience during the examination. You should wear separate clothes and not wear a full-length bra.

• The service duration is approximately 1 hour, depending on the number of service recipients.

Service details

• Initially, a tissue sample will be collected from the cheek pouch to be tested for DNA in the laboratory.
• The results of the DNA test that indicate many health conditions will be in the form of a report and can be viewed on the website. The information on the website will be updated continuously as more research information becomes available.
• Approximately 4 weeks after the examination, the doctor will make an appointment to hear the results again and ask for additional history to provide advice on adjusting physical fitness.
• For food and nutrition consultation, you can choose to receive consultation at the clinic or by phone.
