- Internal examination by an obstetrician-gynecologist
- Cervical cancer screening (Pathtezt) by smearing cells from the cervix and sending them to the laboratory for examination to check for abnormal cells
- HPV DNA test: Examines the DNA of HPV strains that are associated with cervical cancer, along with checking for infection with HPV strains 16 and 18
- Ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries through the vagina to look for abnormalities in the uterus, such as ovarian cysts, tumors, or masses in the pelvis
Service details
- For women aged 21 and over
- Service time is approximately 30-45 minutes.
- It is an examination using an ultrasound machine inserted through the vagina
- Results is about 1-2 weeks. The staff will call to inform the result of from phone number provided.
Preparation before receiving service
- You should receive the service during a period without your period or check between 5 - 7 days after your period ends.
- Do not use vaginal suppositories, creams, or spermicides in the vagina 48 hours before the test.
- Do not douche the vagina before the examination.
- Do not have sex 24 hours before the test.
Conditions for receiving service
- 1. The above price includes doctor's fee and hospital service fee.
- 2. The above price does not include additional examination costs in case of abnormalities.
- 3. Please make an appointment at least 1 day in advance.
- 4. The receipt from Nakornthon Hospital cannot be issued until the service has been used.
- 5. The service can only be used at Nakornthon Hospital (Rama 2).
- 6. The hospital reserves the right to change without prior notice.

Note
Who should be screened for cervical cancer
- women who had sex at a younger age
- Women who have multiple sexual partners or have sex with men who have multiple sexual partners
- Women who have been taking oral contraceptives for a long time (Especially if it is longer than 5 years because of the high risk)
- Women who have had more than 4 pregnancies and deliveries
- Women with a history of sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, etc.
- Smoking woman
- Women who lack of cervical cancer screening
- Women who lack certain nutrients especially those who eat less vegetables and fruits
Contraindications for cervical cancer screening
- Women who have menstruation should perform checking after period is finished 7 days
