Preparation before surgery

• Abstain from vitamins and dietary supplements of any kind. and blood thinners at least 4 weeks before surgery
• Refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol 4 weeks before surgery.
• In the case of taking cross-sex hormones regularly You should inform your surgeon at the time of your doctor's consultation before surgery. It is best to stop taking the medicine for at least 4 weeks.
• No water or food for 8 hours before surgery.
• Avoid surgery during your period and for a few days after your period has passed. (which affects hormone levels in the body During that time, our body will swell and be more at risk for blood loss.)
• On the day of surgery, you should wear loose, comfortable clothing that is not too tight.

Post-operative care
