- Hemodialysis catheter surgery is a minor procedure that patients can return home immediately after the surgery.

Preparation before receiving treatment
- The date of the dialysis catheter surgery must not be the same as the date of dialysis.
- Medical history from a nephrologist from the hospital where you are treating your kidney disease.
- Latest blood test results, no more than 1 month, including BUN/Cr/GFR, electrolytes, CBC, anti-HIV, HbsAg.
- History of heart disease (if any), such as coronary angiography (CAG), echocardiogram results.
- All medications that the patient regularly takes.
- Patient ID card.
- Patients taking blood thinning medications, such as warfarin / antiplatelet medications, such as aspirin, must always inform the doctor if they are not sure. Bring the medication for the doctor to see.
- Patients must come with relatives to listen to the treatment and care guidelines both before and after surgery.
- After the patient has had a blood test and passed the evaluation criteria You will receive surgery on the day of the first blood test.
